On September 15, 2017, Wicomico County held it’s 150th Anniversary Celebration in Downtown Salisbury to commemorate the Courthouse renovations, which finished just a brief week ago.

Featuring a new Copper Cupola and Clocks on the clock tower, the renovations were finished last week – just in time for the celebrations!

Many events took place like the Pub Crawl which took people back into Wicomico’s steep history, including the Great Fire; the Brothers of the Bush contest – a Wicomico tradition; and then, the lighting of the Courthouse!

The following gallery features some of the images captured of the event, but many more are to come!

Opening remarks by Wicomico County Executive Bob Culver.
